Based on my research, your method only temporarily disables driver signature enforcement.
Many results indicate these commands are invalid. Driver signature enforcement has changed in Windows 10.
Driver signature enforcement will keep reactivating after reboot.

So far, it is impossible to disable driver signature enforcement permanently on Windows 10 machine. This is because driver Signing changes in Windows 10.
