Windows 7 "Blue Screen" when trying to burn CD

  • Using a Dell Optiplex 790 running Windows 7 Professional.  Every time I start to burn a CD the computer "blue screens" - reboot, select "reboot normally" and when it comes back up it finishes the CD burn with no problems.  Running latest updates and firmware.  Any help appreciated.

    First of all, I would like to suggest you test in Clean Boot mode to see if this issue persists.

    If this cannot help, please upload the dump files in forum so that we can analyze it to find the useful information:
