Can't Log into any of my outlook accounts RRS feed

  • Something is wrong after I down loaded the latest  "2019-09 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64-based systems (KB4524147), installed on 10/4/2019"

    I've installed the same update yesterday and I've experienced no problem in accessing the Outlook.com web site as well as in entering the TechNet Forums (I use the same Microsoft account); also there is no known issue reported in the Microsoft Knowledge Base article 4524147 that describes that update.
    Which browser(s) are you using? Do you see an error message?

    Is there any error message? APP or website?
