  • Hi,

Please understand, windows 7 has been ended supported on January 14, 2020, we strongly suggest you upgrade to the latest OS version.
    (For your reference)

Windows 7 support ended on January 14, 2020

In my understanding of this issue, your computer fail to connect to a mobile hotspot. If my understanding has any problem, please correct it at any time.
    I want to confirm that
    1. Can you connect to the WiFi network by using another PC?
    2. Can your computer connect to other wireless networks?

I suggest that you can follow these steps to troubleshoot this problem:
    1. Run Troubleshooting setting> Network and Internet> Internet Connection and Network Adapter troubleshooter.
    2. Forget your WIFI option and re-enter the password.
    3. Change your WIFI password and reconnect
    4. Run the networking commands in CMD:
      netsh winsock reset
      netsh int ip reset
    5. Update the network adapter driver to the latest version.

  • Netsh Winsock is ok with Win XP,but Win 7 doesn't like it,it deletes all settings.Who knows why but that cmd isn't a good setting.Best bet, open control-panel/Networking/change adapter settings,You should only be running youre current adapter, disable others listing(s)..Also,open Internet Options, set all to default,in advance tab, scroll down to "Reset to Advance settings button" ....Plus download the software/driver for adapter...
