  Go to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 and download the media creation tool and use it to put windows setup files on either flash usb or dvd and after that go to the bios and make sure that boot from the media that you are using is enabled and then boot from it. when it asks you do you want to upgrade or do fresh install select upgrade

  if it fails then backup all your files then boot again from the media and this time select do clean install.
