  • Раз в час щелкает звук, LatencyMon выдало следующее. Кто может подсказать, что делать? Систему переустанавливал, драйвера тоже

  • Думал, что так будет удобнее залить, но оказалось, что нет. Редактировать не дает

    ОС Windows 10 , 10.0, build: 18363 (x64)

    Драйвера последние с сайта производителя

    В рекомендациях написано про отключение троттлинга  в биосе, но в биосе делла ничего нет про троттлинг.

    Попробую вставить сюда

  • И как, пробовали БИОС обновить?

    Уточните пожалуйста, если проблема началась после последних обновлений Windows?
    Если это так и попробовать удалить обновление KB4556799, то проблема проявляется?

    P.S. Есть мнение, что указанное выше обновление в некоторых случаях может вызывать проблемы со звуком.

  • Проблема появилась давно, даже я бы сказал с самого начала, с покупки ноутбука. Как я понял, обновление это недавнее, а проблемы были еще в ноябре
  • Раньше не доходили руки просто найти решение проблемы, не особо мешал этот лаг. Но сейчас все-такие хочется исправить
  • А пробовали обратиться на форум или в тех. поддержку Dell?
    P.S. возможно им эта проблем известна и они Вам смогут помочь. Если переустановка  ОС не решила проблему, то возможно она не связанна  с ОС Windows.

  • На Убунту такого не было, так что скорее всего проблема Windows, попробую спросить на форуме Dell, техподдержка у них ужасная. Спасибо.

    Если отключить временно WiFi проблема проявляется?

    На некоторых сторонних форумах нашел информацию, что иногда могут возникать щелчки в колонках из-за Wifi, в этом случае рекомендовали обновить драйвер или обратиться в тех. поддержку.

  • Микрофон почти всегда отключен через сочетание Fn+f4
  • Уточните пожалуйста, а если в качестве эксперимента Device уменьшить качество (уровень) звука, проблема также воспроизвеодить, и вообще есть какие-то измененения?

  • За два часа лагов не было обнаружено. Попробую сейчас включить в обычном режиме, только без автозапуска ПО "HD Audio Background Process", "Waves MaxxAudio Service Application" и "Диспетчер Realtek HD"

  • Вам необходимо попробовать отключить non-microsoft службы и оставить автозагрузку. возможно проблема возникает из-за какой-то службы.

    Спасибо, могли бы уточнить детали устройства, возможно вы этим поможете другим пользователям на много быстрее справиться с проблемой. Если у Вас есть возможность сообщите производителю устройства о вашей находке, может они смогут на глобальном уровне решить указанную Вами проблему.

  • Детали - ноутбук Dell latitude 5580, но проблема в принципе в софте делла, нашел английский тред на их форуме за 15 год, там мучались с этой проблемой многие. Если за 5 лет не пофиксили, не думаю, что есть смысл писать производителю.
