Windows 7 always boots into Startup Repair

  • After attempting attempting repairs, it would then tell me "Startup Repair cannot repair this computer automatically."
When I click on "View problem details" it shows me this:

I have tried numerous attempts to fix this problem, including running Bootsect and Bootrec.
I don't know what caused this problem. I turned my computer on today and it give me two options:

    1) Launch Startup Repair (Recommended)
    2) Start Windows Normally

So I just decided to launch Startup Repair, now it only boots into startup repair and I can't get to my desktop.
I am not sure what to do. Any suggestions?
