Some mobile users can't connect to Exchange ActiveSync RRS feed

    I have set up an Exchange server 2019 and users can connect and send and receive well through owa and outlook, but some users can not communicate with Exchange ActiveSync via mobile.


    For example, user1 successfully adds his Exchange account and is authenticated, but his emails are not displayed and he does not send or receive.But user2 has no problem.


    Has anyone encountered such a problem?
