    สวัสดีค่ะ
    รบกวนลองทำตามขั้นตอนต่อไปนี้ 
    ขั้นตอนที่ 1 : พิมพ์ " services.msc " ในแถบค้นหา

    ขั้นตอนที่ 2 : ในหน้า Services ที่ปรากฏออกมา ให้เลือก "BitLocker Drive Encryption Service "

    ขั้นตอนที่ 3 : เลือก"Start" ภายใต้ Service status

    ขั้นตอนที่ 4 : เลือก " Automatic "ในเมนู Startup type แล้วคลิก " OK " เพื่อบันทึกการเปลี่ยนแปลงและตัวเลือก BitLocker Drive Encryption จะแสดงในแผงควบคุมอีก

    ถ้าวิธีข้างต้นไม่สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาของคุณได็ อาจจะมีอะไรผิดปกติในระบบคุณรบกวนลองติดตั้งใหม่เพื่อกู้คืนคุณลักษณะ BitLocker ในแผงควบคุม

    ปัญหา Bitlocker ที่พบ คือ
    1 หลังจากที่ windows ได้มีการอัพเดทและ shutdown หลังจากนั้นเมื่อเปิดเครื่องใช้งานอีกครั้ง พบปัญหาดังนี้

    2 ไม่สามารถบูตเข้า windows ได้ เนื่องจาก drive c: ถูก lock (volme is locked)

    3 หน้าจอขึ้นสีฟ้า และให้ใส่ Recovery key (Password)  

    4  พยายามเปิดเข้าไปในลิ้งค์ ที่ให้มา (ใช้เครื่องอื่นเปิด) "https:/go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=867635"
    แต่ account ถูกปิดกั้นไม่ให้เข้า

    5 พยายาม Restore  แต่ไม่ได้

    6 Repair windows ก็ไม่ได้ 

    7 บูตเข้า Safemode ไม่ได้

    8 Install windows ใหม่ไม่ได้ เนื่องจาก Volume C: is locked

    9 เข้า command prompt  ใช้คำสั่ง :-
    x:windows/system32/manage-bde -unlock c: 
    ERROR: The operation cannot be performed because the volume is locked.

    10 จำเป็นที่สุดคือ Recovery Password สำหรับ Unlock เพราะต้องการเอาข้อมูลที่สำคัญใน Harddsik ออกมา 

    ขอคำแนะนำ... วิธีใดที่จะหามาได้ซึ่ง Recovery password???????????
