  • Hello everyone!

Recently I've been contacted by an international sales representative from MS inviting my company to a "voluntary" auditing as to validate that all of our software licenses were up to date. We didn't quite had the exact numbers, but we managed to gather the information in a day or two. After this, as I was about to send the report to the sales representative, I noticed the link he sent (https://www.microsoft.com/assist/insight?invite=d6888f480ed441f4a770f5f308f9b523.21fc2b406c5d6a3b37ff&lang=pt-BR) was unavailable (still is) and so I couldn't proceed with said auditing. I tried calling the MS support team on the phone and to my surprise the agent had no idea what this insight portal was.

My question here is: Is this an official thing? Does MS really needs us to send the report to make sure we are using their products accordingly? If so, why can't I access this page anymore?

Any advice/clue onto this is very welcome.

    Thanks in advance.
