USB Port and bluetooth hardware problem after latest update of Windows 10

問題
-
Hi, I have a problem that I need a solution to.
My computer is running on Windows 10, and a few days ago, the system force me to restart and update. After the update finished (which takes approximately 6 hours), my built-in bluetooth hardware could not be read, so I cannot transfer files through bluetooth anymore. Then I realize that my wireless mouse also cannot be used. I then tried to switch the mouse with a wired ones, but it's still unusable. I then tried to connect a few USB disk drive, and all of them is unusable.
What the heck, microsoft?

Hi,
Please try to roll back the related drivers in Device manager:
1. Open device manager, and find the related drivers.
2. Right-click it and select Properties.
3. Under driver tab, click Roll Back Driver. Will help us roll back to the previously installed driver.
If the issue remains, uninstall the latest updates and check the issue.
We could use Windows 10 built-in feedback hub (type feedback hub in search box) to give Microsoft a valuable feedback and I am going to submit this case to Microsoft via our channel.
Best regards,
Yilia
