Time-Service cambia

Buenos dias,
Tengo un problema que me pasa en varias maquina criticas que tienen sap y que fuerza la cambiar la hora 1 minuto y esto hace que se caigan los servicios.
Primero se produce este warning System Time-Service Event ID 50 hora: 23:08:55
"The time service detected a time difference of greater than 5000 milliseconds for 900 seconds. The time difference might be caused by synchronization with low-accuracy time sources or by suboptimal network conditions. The time service is no longer synchronized and cannot provide the time to other clients or update the system clock. When a valid time stamp is received from a time service provider, the time service will correct itself."
Segundo se produce esto System Kernel-General Event ID 1 hora: 23:09:39
"The system time has changed to 2021-10-21T21:09:39.200337000Z from 2021-10-21T21:11:03.510274000Z.
Change Reason: An application or system component changed the time."Tercero se produce esto System Kernel-General Event ID 1 hora: 23:09:39
"The system time has changed to 2021-10-21T21:09:39.200000000Z from 2021-10-21T21:09:39.200666900Z.
Change Reason: An application or system component changed the time."El segundo hace un intento de cambio de hora de unos 60 segundos pero inmediatamente en el mismo segundo rectifica es intento de cambio
Este echo provoca que el servicio de sap caiga.
"Basis System: Runtime error "ZDATE_ILLEGAL_LOCTIME" occurred. "
Lo estamos sufriendo constantemente
Son maquinas virtualizadas, con esxi 6.5, el servicio ntp del esxi esta parado. Son maquinas windows 2016 server actualizadas.
He leido bastante y todo va relacionado con hacer esto
net stop w32time w32tm /unregister w32tm /register net start w32time
Tenemos 4 servidores de dominio y lo he realizado en todos y en los 4 de sap. Tenemos un servidor que actua como master y el resto recoge la hora de este y todo esta correcto.
Si alguien tiene alguna idea mas se lo agradeceria.
