  • Hi All,

    I need to push the below registry key to computers in one particular OU using Group Policy. Please suggest on how to perform this.

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Sophos\SAVService\Application]
    "DisableEndOfLifeMessaging"=dword:00000001

    Thanks & Regards

    You're best shot is GP Preferences with the corresponding Registry
    setting. From there, you can deploy registry modifications just with a
    couple of mouse clicks. That's the way I'd pursue.

    Less sexy and a little more test-intense would be an actual export of a
    sample registry, saved as a .reg file. That .reg file can be imported by
    client machines via a computer startup script:

    regedit /s myReg.reg

    Or...write an ADM(X) template file. Hm. You wanna stick with the GP
    Registry Preference. Seriously.

    Cheers,
    Florian
