Remote Desktop 10 for OSX - no microphone connection RRS feed

    at first thank you for version 10. Really better then 8. But I still have no microphone connection to my target system which is Windows 7. Can it be you have tested it only with Windows 10? Or it might be some other issue.

    I'm also having an issue with a microphone connection using version 10.

    I'm running macOS Mojave 10.14.2 and have installed Microsoft Remote Desktop 10.2.4 (1434).  I haven't been able to get the microphone on a usb headset to work on the remote desktop.  I have 'Use local microphone in remote session' checked but have not been able to allow the application access to the microphone.   

    The application does not show up in System Preferences -> Security & Privacy -> Microphone as an option for me to allow access.  I've tried reinstalling, resetting PRAM, clearing Microphone permissions by running tccutil reset Microphone and so far nothing has forced a user consent prompt for microphone access.   

    Any ideas?  Thanks.
