Unable to select network printer options RRS feed

  • Question

  • I currently have our network printers shared out, via a group policy, from our printer server.  However, users are unable to select the printer options to make changes, such as Tray 1 or Tray 2.  Does anyone have an answer/link as to what is preventing users from selecting the printer options.

  • Hi,

    Thanks for your post.

All of the users could not select the printer options, right? If that is the issue, i think the user have no enough permission.

Is there any event recorded in the Application Event Log?
