Hello,
I have three employes which need to use the same mailbox.
I have created a mailbox for example: admin@domain.com and I have granted to these three users Full Access, with this action, they can see the folders of admin@domain.com in his outlook.
Now, the following step is that they could send email like Send As or like Send on Behalf of.
I have configured both, obviously not at the same time, but one after another, and any of this configurations worked fine.
Also I have granted AD permissions to this users.
Some idea¿?
I have read that it can take a lot of time because of replication, but it is not my problem, because I have waited a lot of time.
The message that I receive when from my Outlook I want to send an email with the account admin@domain.com is:

Could not deliver to these recipients or distribution lists:
recipient XNo permission to send this message because you try to send on behalf of another sender without permission. Make sure you are sending on behalf of the correct sender, or ask for help from system administrator to obtain the necessary permission.
---

Yes I gave Full Access userA to admin2 mailbox.
It is one of the first steps that I did. In this way the user can view the folders of admin2 in userA Outlook account.
Yesterday I was able to achieve send on behalf of but with others accounts, accounts that were just created only for test purposes. But, with my normal accounts I can not send on behalf of or send as.
I thing there is something wrong or something corrupt (I don't know if this is the correct word) with the normal user account, because the configuration is the same that the user account with test purposes, but the result is diferent.- Marked as answer by Serena Li Friday, October 22, 2010 7:17 AM

Possible mailbox corruption with the one that you cannot apply the settings to. Try moving the mailbox to a different storage group and see if it work.

Hi,
Please check whether the permission has been granted successfully using the follow cmdlet:
Get-MailboxPermission your shared mailbox | fl
And restart the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service after granting the Send As permission.
If Send As does not work, please move the mailbox to a different storage group and check whether it works.

Hi,
Please remove all send on behaulf permission for three users and again add for only one nand then check. Also can you tell me how you are assigning send on behalf permission to users. Please use powershell cmdlet or use outlook delegates to do this.

I have deleted full access permissions, send as permission and AD persmission of the three accounts.
I have deleted the account admin@domain.com, and I have created a new one, for example admin2.
Ok, once it done, I have followed the EMC steps about Send As in your first post. I have granted permissions to user A to Send As admin2.
Then, with a computer signed in with user A, and also with the account of user A in Outlook, I send an email selecting in the field "from" admin2@domain.com.
With no more configurations done, I receive the following message:

After waiting for days, I had to restart Exchange server in order for it to work. Anyway, give some time to replicate in AD. Also, you can go to ADUC, and try to give access there, as well.

Did you give the userA full permission to admin2 mailbox also?
I noticed that sometime if you don't give full permission to the mailbox you will receive permission issues.

Actually, I'm facing this issue on daily basis with many users " after granting the access they receive message says that No Permission"
and the Solution was very easy, it's was only Outlook refresh and remove and re-add the other Email address to "Send From" option again.
Please advise the user that "Adding Send From Other Email Address" should be configured after granting the access. either it was SendOnBeHalf or Send As.
