how to unlock a workstation throught command prompt RRS feed

  • I have a requirement like I need to unlock the workstation through command line and run some automation test cases and then lock the workstation. The pc I am using has some credentials and I have those too.

    I am able to lock the pc by using %windir%\system32\Rundll32.exe User32.dll,LockWorkStation .

    But how to unlock? Please help me

    As far as I know, there is no official unlock workstation commands, but you can try the following the 3rd party tools:

    Use Logon utility to schedule Desktop unlocks on Windows NT/2000/XP systems
