Tool to locate the source of domain account password lockouts. RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello.

I am looking for a tool that will tell me which server a user is logged on to. I get people contacting me saying their account is becoming locked out and I unlock it with lockout status but it just becomes locked again.

I have used lockout status that is good for saying which DC locked out the user, but this isn't exactly what I'm looking for.

Can anyone recommend any tools/applications that when ran will tell me which server a user currently has a active/disconnected session on, or what is causing the user account to become locked.

I've seen in the past that this can be caused also with network drive mapping credentials.

    Thanks in advance.
