Hi Voytass,
you can publish by yourself .Net 4.5 framework redistibutable in your Wsus. Download the standalone installer at : http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/5a4x27ek.aspx
and use Wsus Package Publisher it locally publish it : http://wsuspackagepublisher.codeplex.com/

Correct. .NET 4.5 ships with Windows 8 and Windows Server 2012. For Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 you can install .NET 4.0 and update, or download the .NET 4.5 installer from the Microsoft Download Center. The .NET45 packages are not yet available in WSUS.
As David notes.. you could package it yourself... but ponder this... Why do you suppose Microsoft has not already released the .NET45 packages to WSUS if it were that simple? ;-)

You have 100% right Lawrence.
Locally publish updates in a Wsus server is not an easy thing. In fact you have to assume all the work that Microsoft does when they publish their own updates. Finding the right MSI are EXE (with correct command-line arguments), creating the right rules to determine if already installed or needed, and the most important : testing the deployment in several scenarios.
