Deleting email from exchange 2010 public folder. RRS feed

    Hi all

    Can some one give me steps on how we can delete email from a specific public folder. 

    And i would like to delete all emails till 2016.

    Am not an expert so steps are most welcome.

    In Outlook, open the public folder.  Select all messages.  Click or press Delete.  Confirm.

    Hi,

    Please filter the emails from the Public Folders as below and then delete them:
