Hyper-V replication: The system cannot find the file specified. (0x80070002)

Question

I have two hyper-v hosts. I have one Virtual machine that is replicated from one to another Hyper-v host. I have shutdown Hyper-V machine prior rebooting hyper-v hosts. (Windows update).. After reboot i found out that Machine is showing that replication is paused, but when i tried to resume replication, it fails at 98%. Error that I get is :

Check replica folder on replica host, if for somereason. You missing a vm file.. If not, is it a big vm ? Have snapshot included in replica ? If not start process from scratch.. May be its faster then troubleshoot it. Regards

Is the virtual machine running?
Have you installed antivirus on the hosts? If so, have you implemented the required scanning exclusions for Hyper-V?

running - yes
antivirus on the hosts - No.
Only reboot on both hosts - becuse Windows Update
