App doesn't work correct (Microsoft remote control for Mac OS) RRS feed

  • Greetings. 

    I have temporary problems with app. 

    It starts when I run App, when I try to oper 'View connection center' window, it's not opens.

    Using it on Mac OS High Sierra Version 10.13.6

    Thanks for post and appreciate if you could provide more details to help us understand the issue.

     

    1. Did the issue occur suddenly? Have you made any changes before it occurred?

    2. Have you tried with latest RDS Mac client?

    3.Could you please clarify the OS version that you remote to from the mac? And the whether the issue persisted when you tried with different target or different client.

    Kindly thank you for trying to help me.

    So, I'm workin on MacBooK Air (13-inch, 2017), MacOS Ver. 10.13.6.

    Microsoft remote control Ver. 10.2.13. 

    When App. already runs there is no any open windows according this app. 

    So I really hope for you help, Jenny. MRC  works great, until 2 days ago. :)

    Thanks for your update.  o the issue is that recently when you click the latest version of remote desktop for mac, it did not prompt any windows or box for your next operation.

     

    Kindly correct me if anything misunderstood.

     

    Have you try to remove and reinstall this app? And followed the steps to reset the connection settings.

     

    Moreover, you may try to see if the issue persist when you use the beta version.
