For the below path, gave full permission for network service account

  • Hi,

It looks like a permissions issue to me, do you have permissions to restart DHCP client service? if yes. Please check DHCP client service Log On tab it shall have these settings as default. Log on as: Local System account.

    Profile1 enabled unde hardware profile.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi,

Instead of "Network Service", navigate to following path, right click on DHCP, assign full permission to "Local Service" and "Service".

    Path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Dhcp

Once done, try to start service and let us know the result.

There can be many reason for this, have you checked the dependent services for the DHCP? Did you verify the antivirus, try to disable it temporarily & see if it works. You can also use Procmon tool to troubleshoot the service not being started issue.
