Yes, I know that this should not be running and yes I would love to upgrade to at least 2003R2, but it is not mine.
The server is stuck at RC2.52.
To install any other SP versions, I need to uninstall it. But there is no uninstall files on the server either.
I figure if I can reload SP2 BETA RC 2.52, then I can unload it enough to get SP4 loaded and be done with it.
Anyone got it hanging around on a CD?
Thanks In Advance.

Please note that Windows 2000 is not yet supported since July 2010.
Which roles are installed on your server? You can consider creating a new server running Windows Server 2003 and migrating your applications and installed roles to the new server.
Thanks, I am very well aware of the EOL on this product. Unfortunately for me, time cost money and resource other than me to create a new server. I would gladly give 2 thumbs up for a new server. This client is still running NT4 Domain and Workstation because of their main inventory app. This will not change quickly, larger you are longer it takes.
I can ask for some pro-bono work from the other teams, but that so fare has always been Political.
So, if anyone can help guide me to the Beta SP for starters, I would appreciate it.
Thanks In Advance Shawn
If you have Windows 2000 Service Pack 2 installed on the computer, you should be able to uninstall it.
Considerations Before You Uninstall Windows 2000 Service Pack 1
By the way, I understand your situation. However, as you may know, a beta version of Windows system is not recommended to be used in a production environment. And, if there is a RTM version of service pack released, it is always recommended that you uninstall the beta version and install the RTM version.
By the way, since Microsoft doesn’t support the beta version of product, however, you can still try to call Microsoft support to see whether there is any chance to get Windows 2000 SP2 Beta RC 2.52.
I wish to uninstall the BETA SP2.
The problem is $NtServicePackUninstall$ is not there.
If I had the SP2 Beta RC 2.52 install file I could recreate it and then Uninstall the BETA SP2.
There is no chance of support on 2000, already tried.
The question is then does anyone have squirreled away on a CD or something else the Windows 2000 SP2 BETA RC 2.52 installer files.
Thanks In Advance Shawn
