Hello!
Below you can find two (2) tools that you can use to check on which DC you're getting locked to, then you can check the Security logs on the DC to find out which workstation is locking you out.
Account Lockout and Management Tools
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=18465Account Lockout Status (LockoutStatus.exe)
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=15201You will want to find an Event ID 4749 in the Security log of your DC.
