    Someone here could tell me if WSUS Updates View is still receiving updates from the microsoft update site ?

    I am asking because I don´t see new updates in this view for long time .

    The only thing I would like to know is why the "WSUS Updates" view aren´t showing new updates ?

    OH!!! Now I understand ... my apologies.

    The updates displayed in the "WSUS Updates" view are the updates with the Mandatory flag set. These are updates that must be installed to a client system in order for it to be able to use WSUS. Most of these updates are now rolled up into the latest service pack, or shipped with the OS, and there has not been a Mandatory update released in a very long time -- June 2008 as you can see.

    It will receive new updates if/when any new updates are released appropriate for that view.

    On the main page of the WSUS console, what does it say under "Synchronization Status"?

    On the Synchronizations node of the console, what does it show?

    On the Synchronizations node of the console , Show:

    All times that synchronizations happened. And it is updated. Last update 31/05/2013 22:03. Here the updates happen at 22:00.

    So when is the last time you saw updates?

    When did you expect to see more updates?

    If you sort the Updates View by Arrival Date, what is the most recent arrival date of an update?

    This image isn't really helpful, given the nature of what's contained in the "WSUS Updates" view. Please select the "All Updates" view, and sort by Release Date with newest on top.

    So, the synchronizations are running .. it seems to be just a need to manage expectations.

    It very plainly states that you got =9= new updates on June 2nd, so I'm not quite understanding what the question is anymore.

    Hi Lyra,

    Maybe try to change the scrolling menu from "Approved" to "Any except declined".

    Here you're showing us only the approved updates.
