  • When it comes to RDS properties on a 2012R2 Server you'll find everything in Server Manager. Check the left hand side of Server Manager, you should see the RDS Role and from there be able to modify the deployment properties etc... If you just want to activate RDP to the server right-click the start menu, select System. Off to the left click Remote Settings and apply your settings.

  • Hi,

In Windows Server 2012 or Windows Server 2012 R2, the system provides no direct access to the RDP listener.

You may check this article below for details:

Management (how to) changes for RDS in Windows Server 2012 and 2012R2

    http://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/20684.management-how-to-changes-for-rds-in-windows-server-2012-and-2012r2.aspx

In addition, you may open RD Session Host Configuration tool on a Windows Server 2008 R2 system, connect to the Windows Server 2012 R2 server, then manage RDP-Tcp Properties there.

    Best Regards,

    Amy
