Won't accept password RRS feed

  • When connecting between my two computers I am asked to provide user name and password - I  had entered the same username and password in settings in both computers.  However, I get message that my password is not accepted.  What am I doing wrong?  Thank you

    Could you please clarify your problem with more details?

     

    1. The OS version of two computers?

    2. Have you tried with admin account?

    3. How did you start the remote connection? Through mstsc or remote app or RD web access?

    4. Did you verified the account could successfully log in to both computers?
