Unable to connect remote desktop RRS feed

  • hi i access my work computer using RD Client with my phone iPad and mac pc. i can still use my phone and iPad but i am unable to access through my mac pc now i get this message

    Unable to connect to remote PC. Please verify Remote Desktop is enabled, the remote PC is turned on and available on the network, and then try again.

    Thanks for your post in our forum.

    Firstly, you can RDP to the windows computer successfully on the Phone, but cannot on the iPad. So the issue should be on the iPad.

    What the version of the Windows Client?

    And, what the version of the iPad, try to update/upgrade the version of iPad to see if it helps.
