  • Hi Krishna,

    1. Could you please let us know which licensing mode applied in your RDS deployment? Per user or Per Device

    2. Are all the servers and clients domain joined or not?

    3. Please check CAL usage on Licensing server and confirm whether there is any error with issuing CAL for clients.

    4. Please check if any firewall blocking on your thin client.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Thanks,

    Jenny

This server not joined in the domai, even when we joined in the domain also same issue so now we have removed from domain.

But our Domain controller is Server 2008 R2 (and Current forest and domain functional level is Windows Server 2003)

  • Hi Krishna,

Thanks for your update and please try the point 5 in below thread:

    5. On the client PC, please rename HKLM\ SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\ MSLicensing key to MSLicensing.bak, open an administrator command prompt, and enter the following:

    regsvr32 mstscax.dll
