Hi,
Consider if the Bluetooth driver is not compatible with Windows 10 well.
Please try to install the driver in compatible mode to check this issue:
Right click the installer>Choose Properties>Under Compatibility tab>Choose OS
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/Make-older-programs-run-in-this-version-of-Windows?SignedIn=1
(works in win 7, win 8, and win 10)

Hello,
Make sure that there is nothing wrong with hardware configuration for Bluetooth. Suggest you to visit nearest computer repair shop and confirm this.

Hi,
Please try these steps to check this issue again:
1.) Uninstall everything that is Bluetooth-related that is listed in
Programs & Features
.2.) Uninstall all Bluetooth-related drivers listed in the Device Manager.
3.) Restart the computer. Bluetooth will be reinstalled, and you can reinstall the programs that you removed from
Programs & Features

Hello Kate
I have had exactly the same problems as EDB001. I followed your instructions and uninstalled the hidden bluetooth drivers in device manager and restarted the laptop. There was nothing to uninstall in 'Programs and Features'. Now there is nothing at all in device manager! I have a Dell XPS 14Z notebook which was recently upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Please help.
Previously, Bluetooth had appeared in both Settings and Device Manager even after the upgrade but would drop in and out (incl. icon tray on task bar). It would also not recognise a wireless mouse I have.
Regards
