I am getting below error in AD Relication. I have 4 DCs, one of windows 2003(root DC hosting all FSMO roles) & rest all are of 2008 R2 in a single domain AD forest.
The Netlogon service could not create server share F:\Windows\SYSVOL\sysvol\Domain.CO.IN\SCRIPTS. The following error occurred:
The system cannot find the file specified.
Event ID 5706, source Netlogon..
Help me resolve this issue.

Ignore error after upgrade
If Event ID 5076 appears immediately after an upgrade, there may not be a problem. Use the information under "Verify" to ensure that the Netlogon and SYSVOL shares are available.
If this situation is not a result of an upgrade, see the following articles in the Microsoft Knowledge Base for additional troubleshooting information:
- 258805 (http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=152494 )
- 257338 (http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=152495 )
- 947022 (http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=120775 )
Confirm that the NetLogon service was able to create the Netlogon and SYSVOL shares. To view the shares that available on the domain controller, run the command net share . NETLOGON and SYSVOL should appear in the list of shares.
I donot know it is due to upgradation or any other reason. But we did the upgradation 2 months back. Also i am able to see the SYSVOL in net share output, but Netlogon is missing.
First two links sent by you seems to be for windows 2000 upgradation but i have windows 2003 in my env. Also i have tried the solution given in third link but nothing seems to be working..
Also netlogon folder doesnot exist in sysvol directory..
Pls suggest.. Thnks in advance..
