  • Hi Jason,

Here are the websites of events and errors of Windows Server 2008 and Windows Server 2008 R2

Events and Errors for Windows Server 2008:       http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc754424(WS.10).aspx

Events and Errors for Windows Server 2008 R2:   http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd299434(WS.10).aspx

There’s also a 3rd party website named as EVENTID.NET which is helpful to troubleshoot the event logs.

    http://www.eventid.net/

Microsoft also has a lot of KB articles describing the details about different event errors. If you encounter a specific error, you can simply search for those KBs to help you with the troubleshooting.
