Work Resources Remoteapp (2016) stuck at login prompt under details RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello,

i have a RemoteApp farm (1 Session Host, 1 SessionBroker with RD Web Services and no GateWay).
The Problem is when a Client (for example windows 10 Enterprise 1709) starts an application from work resources, it stuck.
When i click on details, i can see a Login Screen from the sessionbroker.

i have already searched the web, but couldn't find a solution

1 did you deploy below policy in your RDS environment ?

The GPO settings called "Specify default connection URL" and can be found at:

User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Remote Desktop Services >RemoteApp and Desktop Connections

2 when the problematical domain user  ,we can confirm fault time from event id 4624 in security log of this domain user then try to logon server console and look if there is more related log information about fault time issue.
