Unable to Connect to Remote PC RRS feed

  • Hi, I've been getting intermittent issues. 

    The error I'm receiving is "Unable to connect to remote PC. Please verify Remote Desktop is enabled, the remote PC is turned on and available on the network and then try again."

    I got a new router and the issue went away and then now has returned and has not gone away.  I'm trying to figure out how to fix this issue.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.
