  • Hi,

Please right click MMC and select Run as administrator, then add Local Users and Groups snap-in. Will you encounter the same issue?

In addition, please select and open Computer Management in Administrator Tools. Then please check if be able to use Local Users and Groups in Computer Management. Or find any error message?

à lusrmgr.msc also does not work.

Would you please let me know which error message when use lusrmgr.msc? Is it similar to “Access Denied” error? Please let us know complete error message or provide a screenshot of it. Those may help us to go further analyze. (Please hide all protected or private information)

If any update, please feel free to let us know.

    Hope this helps.
