KB4088889 not in WSUS.

Since I use Windows 10 LTSB 2016 =~ 1607, does anyone know what they did wrong that KB4088889 is not showing up in WSUS?

If I try to import it via the Microsoft Catalog, I get: This update cannot be imported into Windows Server Update Services, because it is not compatible with your version of WSUS. Learn More ...

Where "Learn More" doesn't actually help.

I also note that KB4091664 seems to be getting the same treatment.

Neither this or KB4096309 appeared in WSUS

Had to manually import them.

That makes no sense to have WSUS (perfectly in Sync) yet need to deal with it after each update...

In fact none of the 1607 updates ever made to my WSUS on its own in the last couple of months

Sync is successful daily (W7/8, Server 2012R2 are synced fine)
