    I installed matlab 2009-b on my windows 7 OS. when i try to open matlab, I get the following error: " BAD IMAGE system32 dbghelp.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error". Please help. Thanks

    Hi almusaifal,

     

    Have you made any changes to the computer prior to this issue？ Like windows update.

     

    trying to run a SFC scan to check for any corrupted files.
