    I can't update my computer.  The error code I get is

    Security update for .NET Framework 2.0 SP2 and 3.5 SP1 on Windows server 2003 and Windows XP x 86 (KB983583)

    I don't know alot about computers, but thought I might be able to walk myself thru this to hopefully fix it.  What does this code mean and can I do anything to correct it?
