You can make use of below GPO settings to delete the profile or run script to remove the profile post log off or reboot.
Computer Configuration / Administrative Templates / System / User Profiles / Delete user profiles older than a specified number of days on system restart

This really has nothing to do with AD and should be asked in the general forum of the client o/s. I would suggest you use a local mandatory profile. When a user logs on they can change what they want and when they log off all changes are dropped. I have configured these before in a kiosk settings with great success.
