error on backup domain policy

    Question

  • hallo , when i backup Default Domain Controllers Policy i have this :

    GPO: Default Domain Controllers Policy .... Succeeded, but note the following issues:

    [Warning]: the security principal [S-1-5-21-725345543-573735546-1801674531-7292] referenced in extension [Securiy] cannot resolved , but the task will continue. In futre , you can use a migration table to map or remove this security principal. [details] is not been no mapping between account names and security IDs

    and for -1245 and -1244

    how to havoid it ??

  • It appears as though the gpo has a reference to a user or computer SID that no longer exists.  To find this go into your GPO and select the security tab and look for the SID referenced.  Delete this and rerunn your backup, I believe that will clean it up.

  • Check the Security portion of that GPO and remove references to these security principals
