    Windows keeps restarting, freezing, crashing due to temperature control - suspect drives missing or corrupt can't locate drive

    C:\ in command prompt only drive X;\

    Hi,

    Kindly refer to the following methods:

    1. Free up disk space on C drive；
    2. Update all device drivers to the newest；
    3. Run the Memory Diagnostics Tool, more specific details you could refer to the following link:

      4. Run System File Checker：Type the following command at the command prompt (administrator):  sfc / SCANNOW
