.NET Framework 3.5 SP1 Standalone Install for Windows Server 2012

    Question

  • .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 is a prerequisite for the Endpoint Protection Point on SCCM 2012 SP1 running on Windows Server 2012.

Does anyone know how to install this on a Windows Server 2012 computer without an internet connection? I'm struggling to find a standalone installer...

Only have the option to install .NET Framework 3.5 from the Add Features screen.

After checking the registry, the version that is installed via "Add features" is actually version 3.5 SP1...

  • I've the same issue

but, with this solution the system will ask me for the server installer media.

what if I don't have it?

This solution should be a completely standalone downloadable file

to be a truely "Standalone Install"

    regards.

  • Should not happen that way. This thread was answered almost three years ago. I'd start a new question.
