Adding a second domain controller in a windows 2008 domain with a different language then the primary domain controller RRS feed

  • Question

  • I installed a windows small business server in the native language of the clients (dutch). Then I bought a second server witch windows server 2008 pre-installed. It was not expensive, but the only server taste was  the UK edition.
I added the server in the sbs 2008 domain. That was no problem.
But I would like it to do also directory services, so when the main server goes down, the Uk server holds up the domain.

But can it be done? Because the server software is in a different language and if the servers are replicating, who knows what happen...

Perhaps you? I would be thankful for any suggestion (other than buy new software J )
