  • Hi Tan,

The server encountered a performance issue and finally stopped responding a period of time.

Event 2019 indicates the depletion of non-paged pool which is one of the key system resources. Once it is used up, many unexpected system behaviors will happen. Usually, this kind of behaviors occurs as some components are leaking non-paged pool. The non-paged pool leak may be caused by handle leak of spoolsv.exe. Based on the experience, this kind of behaviors may be caused by some outdated printer drivers.

    Suggestion:

You may try configuring the server to use standard printer driver or contact the manufacturer of the printer to install the update driver on the server, after that you may check if the issue will be re-occur.

If the issue still exists, in order to determine which service or process cause the memory leak , the Performance Monitor log and Poolmon log needed to be collected.

Due to the complexity of this issue, we are unable to effectively assist with this kind of assistance in the forum. I would like to suggest that you contact Microsoft Product Support Services via telephone so that a dedicated Support Professional can assist with this request.

  • Hello,

Did you find any solution to that problem.

We have several servers W2K3 which have the same problem one after the other.

    Any help will be welcome.
