LAPS password not show up on servers

  Hello,

  I recently implemented LAPS in our network environment, the deployment process through GPO was successfully to all client computers.  I can see the password form LAPS GUI manager. 

  The problems I had is servers (2008, 2012 & 2016), none of the server can apply the GPO or LAPS MSI is not install on the server.  (yes, I did have GPO link to the servers OU).  I manually install the LAPS on some servers fine without any issue but the password does not show up in LAPS GUI or ADSI edit.  

  

  What did I do wrong or did I missing somethings?

  Please help me to get LAPS install on the servers through GPO and help me to get the password show up the server.

  Note:  LAPS is working fine for all 400 client PC's (running win10 and Win7)
