  • Hi,

Did you install APCPowerchute apps? Please uninstall APCPowerchute apps to test whether the same issue continues.

  • hi there,

is this problem happening only for particular user ? or any user who logs in to the computer ?

please do check if that server is running under local system account / network service account , and please toggle to either local system accoutn or network service accoutn and check if you are able to start the service \

The network conection service is dependent RPC , make sure RPC service is enabled

if all of the above tests are completed , and if you stillhave issue , please make sure you run your server in safe mode with networking and check if you are able to start the service.

and in safe mode with networking if the service got started then there is a problem with some of the 3rd party services which are hooked along with svchost.

please perform the aboev tests and report back.

  • this problem happened on any user who logs on to the computer.

RPC service is enabled and working ok
i've done all the above tests except start in safe mode due to high server usage and i'm still having the same problem.
