SharePoint 2013 Office web app not working after disabling TLS 1.0 & TLS 1.1 ,enabled TLS 1.2 RRS feed

    Hi,

    We have SharePoint 2013 Farm one web server ,one app server, DB server and separate Office web app server ,

    Our Onfosec team requested to disable TLS 1.0 ,TLS 1.1 ,SSL 3.0 only TLS 1.2 is enabled .

    One we do these change Office web app is not working none of the office document are opening in browser.

    Can you please let us know what steps we need to follow on this.

    Hi,

    We have updated according to Documentation but still we facing issue with office web App

    it is throwing error "Sorry Something went wrong"  with office documents. We reverted the changes

    Hi Raghavender,

    According to the document, disabling TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 may cause compatibility issues with software that doesn't support the newest TLS protocol version, which might a cause to this problem.

    Would you help to confirm if you need further assistance with this issue?
