Remote Desktop Mac Client freezing when deleting file on remote PC RRS feed

  • Hello 

    I am using the MRD macOS client Version Version 10.1.8 (983). I am remoting into a Windows 10 laptop on my same network at work. When I delete files a folders on the remote PC (any thing that requires the progress modal to open) the remote connection freezes with the cursor in a frozen spinner. 

    If I try to log into the laptop on the device I get a message "The task you are trying to do can't be completed because Remote Desktop Services is currently busy. Please try again in a few minutes. Other users should still be able to log on." 

    It never becomes "un-busy" and the only workaround I have found is force restarting the laptop using the power button. 

    This problem is intermittent but really annoying on days where it happens multiple times.

    Any ideas?
