KMS Licensing Office 2016 without key in database RRS feed

  • Question

  • I'm preparing to get rid of our very old Server 2008 R2 KMS (Running 2012 R2 Channel key) and replace it with Server 2019.  I'm looking through the list of product keys and it seems we have Win7, Win8.1, Win10, Server 2012 R2, Office 2010 (RTM_ProPlus_KMS_Host), and Office 2013 (Office15).  I would like to know if

    1.  Is it still possible to license Office 2010 on Server 2019?
    2.  How are we actively licensing Office 2016 without a KMS key in the database?

I've verified that workstations are licensing through the KMS for Office 2016.  I'm kind of stumped by this behavior.
